Had an amazing dinner experience here last night. We ate like kings, between the two of us with both white & red wines the bill was $500. We started out with a dozen east coast oysters which were magnificent. From there we had beef tar tar with potato chips. Followed by these smoked eel and potato balls. Next was their first night with the return of Foie Gras now that this is back and allowed to be served in California, see photo, this was my favorite dish. Continuing with these various tapas plates next we tasted the bread in the pan gravy drippings, another wonderful appetizer. For our main entrees which we shared:Lamb Shanks over a kale risotto, very tasty and another foie gras pasta with black truffles called Cavitelli. As well as a wonderful white fish entree called John Dory. For dessert we indulged over their banana chocolate bread pudding. This french restaurant is a must, divine!
