Luke Tsai at EBX reports that Oakland institution, Genova Delicatessen might close if it cannot come to terms on a rent increase. SFGate says that the landlord is Leslie Rudd Investments, owner of Rudd Winery, Oakville Grocery, Press Restaurant, and previously Dean & Deluca.
