Does anyone remember the Jalisco El Grande sandwich served at Fedco?

I recall going with my parents to Fedco in the 70's to buy our sundries and my dad's photography equipment and televisions. After waiting in line (which seemed like forever, especially on weekends) my parents would often buy pizza for me and my siblings. This seems to be concept taken by Costco and Sam's Club. Pizza was nothing special, but they had a deli with other food offerings.

My parents would then shop at the grocery store or the produce market. Every once in a while, my father would order the Jalisco El Grande sandwich. It was a mildly spicy meatloaf-type sandwich that was pre-made and wrapped in saran wrap. I guess it could be compared to a mexican torta. My brother and I would split a whole sandwich. Any former Fedco workers out there that might know the recipe?
