Anyone remember the Bamboo Club's Gado Gado salad?

Ah, how I still miss the Bamboo Club on Queen West... so many great memories. A friend who'd seen the kitchen said I wouldn't want to see it, but that couldn't stop me... Many years later I still think about their thai noodles and the Gado Gado salad. That said, I must put my mind at rest and finally learn how to make it. My recollection of the ingredients has become very foggy... Tofu cubes, peanut sauce (but on what?), cucumber, shredded carrot??, I don't think there was broccoli or lettuce, it was vegetarian if I recall, were there shrimp chips (first time I tasted those) on the side?, was there another dressing, bean sprouts?? It was the perfect balance of everything and not too much or too little of anything, so what was it?

Hope to flash back and dust off the cobwebs in your memory and tell me (and other's who just can't move on) finally how to recreate their famous and deee-licious Gado Gado...
