So, I pan seared a couple of beautiful ahi tuna steaks and, damn, I cooked them a bit too much. We only ate one and now I want to reheat the second one.
What's the best way to get it hot without overcooking it!
I had been thinking of reheating in foil in an oven with butter....but I'm sure there are many other approaches.
