So I've got red cabbage and I've got brats...

So...what can I do with them both for dinner tomorrow night?

I've got most of a head of cabbage left from some tacos I made last week. Have some brats in the freezer...

I'm thinking they'll go together well. Is it better to braise the red cabbage on its own and serve alongside the brats or should I do something with them all together?

Any favorite recipes?
