Please, I would appreciate any recommended recipes you have that use fruit liqueurs (I have loganberry, raspberry, and cherry) - other than for drinks. Savory or sweet. We are not picky eaters at all but we don't eat red meat (we do eat poultry and seafood).
I have enjoyed adding them to ice cream (the custard, before freezing), whipping cream, fruit pies, glazed fruit tarts, and fruit sauces (raspberry coulis, for example).
p.s. I do have an orange liqueur as well but I don't have any trouble using that. I also have Kahlua and Frangelico.
