I just went to the Chocolate Bar on Eighth Ave, amd had a Mexican Chocolate Brownies. Now I was expecting the traditional Mexican Cinnamon-Chocolate combo, but was surprised to find a lingering spicy burn. It wasn't too spicy. Or too mild. It was perfectly balanced. And I can't find a recipe for it anywhere. Everytime I look up Mexican Brownies, I keep running into the cinnamon version. Does anyone have a recipe for the spicy version?
