Rebelle - Paris On Le Bowery

We had a quite fine meal the other night at Rebelle, the restaurant that has opened right next-door to Pearl & Ash; it's from the same team, with a chef recruited from Restaurant Spring, in Paris. His name is Daniel Eddy, and he was chef de cuisine at Spring for a number of years.

We liked the food a lot, the wine list is tremendously deep, and they were functioning at a high level, even on their second night of service.
