I buy raw green chickpeas here and there and i currently have fresh fava beans are their any problems associated with eatign them raw? Such as having a compound that can create an issue. I know when beans are dried they contain nutrient inhibitors and phytic acid which is why its recommended to soak them in acidic water with lemon or ACV or sprout them but are raw fresh ones better. Also what other types of beans can be bought fresh other than the two mentioned. Thanks.
