raw brussel sprouts....yum!

I was getting ready to make our standard brussel sprouts with pancetta and sliced one and tried it. It was surprisingly good and light after all the heavy holiday eating. I sliced them into paper thin shreads and dressed them simply with S&P, a squeeze of lemon, and our best olive oil. Delicious on its own, or maybe as a garnish to a carpaccio or something.
