ratio for lemongrass--powder vs fresh??

When I cook Indian (and some Thai, Vietnamese, Malaysian, etc) dishes, lemongrass is often called for. Of course, I use fresh, whenever I have it. But I also have the powder, which I keep for emergencies, cooking on the road, etc..

But I have no idea , for example, how many stalks of fresh lemongrass equals 1 Tbl of the powder? One stalk? Half a stalk? 3 stalks??

Has anyone used the powdered version?
