Last weekend I bought a rack of lamb
at Sam's Club in Freehold. It cost
$13 and was enough for three even though
two of us polished it off and gnawed on
the bones. I grilled it after marinating
it briefly in olive oil, lemon, garlic,
parsley, rosemary and oregano (just some-
thing I made up on the spur of the
moment) and made sure to take it
off the grill while still really rare.
It was absolutely fantastic!
If you want something different, easy,
quick and delicious to throw on the grill
this is it. BTW, Sam's also has excellent
(but not cheap) steaks cut nice and thick.
