Where can I go to get this stuff or does not exist in LA?

You may have already guessed that I was reading the article on the front page of the LA Times describing the Chengdhou province in China were they quite enjoy eating, drinking, and being all around merry, possibly to the detriment of their work life, but who cares when one can have a two-hour lunch.

Anyways, one of the interviewees (is that the right word?), said she and her husband like to seek out delicioiusness and had been hitting up a nearby town to chengdou, that features sichuan rabbit brains.

So anyone know anything?
