Hi again, all. I defrosted what I thought was a pkg of lamb shoulder chops, only to find that it's a 1 lb. 10 oz. roast. It seems every recipe I've turned up on the web requires "long, slow cooking" and the recipes are for anywhere from 2.2 lbs to 7 lbs. I'm not anxious to slow roast my lamb, since it's 5:00 p.m. here now. Also, I can't reach my Weber, so we're talking indoor. Does anyone have any suggestions? I don't mind an hour or so in the oven but 3-6 hrs. is going a bit far.
