Two questions: (1) basic crawfish, and (2) Tujague's

(1) I'm in town next week -- not for Jazzfest, but I'll be stuck dealing with the crowds like everyone else. What's a simple, down-home place for a standard crawfish-boil meal? Nothin' fancy -- just the basics. I'll have a car, so I don't mind driving a little ways out of town for this, esp. if it means dodging the Jazzfest crowds. The smaller, the better.

(2) I've been told that Tujague's is only so-so, but that they have really excellent fried chicken that isn't on the menu -- you have to order it by phone an hour in advance, or something like that. Comments, feedback, etc...?
