I have the 11-cup model (or is it a 10?). I used it once to make pasta dough (4 servings). When I pulse to knead the dough, the machine shakes like mad and literally tried to run across the countertop. I had to hold it in place. And the machine turned very warm. I have never used a food processor before. Is that normal? Should I go back to using my Kitchenaid to knead dough?
