Question about Pork

Tracy_0507 | Feb 1, 201507:06 PM

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long pork would stay good if kept in an insulated lunchbox.
I cooked pork eggrolls tonight and my daughter wants me to put one in her lunchbox tomorrow. They are in the refridgerator now, and I will take them directly from the fridge and pack them in the lunchbox tomorrow, so they will be cold when they get packed. I don't have an ice pack to keep it cold, but the lunchbox is insulated and they will be packed beside a cold drink...nothing hot will be in there.
The egrolls will have to stay in there for about three hours. Will they still be good when she goes to lunch?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!
