Question about the food of Brazil/Bahia...

What are the differences between a Vatapá, Xim-Xim and Moqueca?? From looking at typical recipes, they seem quite similar in that they use more-less the same basic ingredients- dende oil, coconut milk, shrimp, lime juice, nuts, garlic/onion/pepper/tomato, and cilantro, among other things. I can't figure out what sets them apart, maybe one more knowlegable than me can enlighten me/us.
