I have a 6.5 pound boneless pork top loin that I want to slow roast in my oven.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what is the lowest cooking temperature I could use? (I really enjoy the flavor of slow roasted meat, though I have never done this particular cut and I am uncertain if it lends itself to slow roasting, or even perhaps at 6.5 pounds if it needs to be cut in half.)
And also what is the approximate length of time I would need to roast the cut?
Any expertise would be appreciated, as I have not been able to many specifics about slow roasting large cuts of pork.
