Somehow this delicious Roman chickory-like veggie is occasionally available in the USA. Last night had it at Babbo--interesting preparation with the traditional anchovy dressing, but it was chopped into small pieces, not at all like the traditional Roman preparation. So, anyone know where to buy it? Used to be available at the Chelsea Market vegetable place, not today. Thanks
