Pudding in cake recipe

melissa22 | Mar 12, 201608:33 AM     6

Hey guys! I am going to make a gluten free cake from scratch and I want to add a vanilla instant pudding mix because I've been reading everywhere that it makes cakes very moist. The original cake recipe doesn't include pudding so I don't know if to simply add the mix or if I have to make any changes to other ingredients as well. This recipe is supposedly moist on its own but I made a cake the other day that was "moist" too and it was very dry that is why I am debating if I should make this one with pudding or leave it as it is.
