Providence Find – Asian Paradise - Cambodian and More

This past Friday I ate an excellent meal at a place in Providence. The food was delicious and the ingredients very fresh.

They bill themselves as follows, but my guess is they are Cambodian.

“We offer a fine variety of Asian cuisines from various cultures, including Cambodian, Thai, Vietnamese, and Chinese."

Asian Paradise Restaurant
165 Angell Street

I had the following with Pork and it was great and spicey!

Nhum: Fresh crisp shredded cabbage, cucumbers, green peppers, carrots, onions, bean sprouts, bean vermicelli and crushed peanuts tossed with lime sauce and garnished with fresh

They had tons of other dishes I have never heard of before and was not able to try. Take a look at the menu on the web site for other really interesting stuff. Here are just a few items:

Plear Beef, Bee Bong, Banh Hauy, Her Kung

It would be great if other hounds would take a look at the site who might have a feel for deciphering the menu.
