Prezza vs. Sorellina vs. No 9?

So I'm trying to pick a place for my 26th birthday with great food and a lively atmosphere, price isn't an issue and neither is cuisine.
I'm trying to decide between Prezza, Sorellina, no. 9, and a couple others - I'm open to new Suggestions too!
Prezza - people say it has a fun atmosphere but at least pictures of the room don't make it look like anything too exciting.

Sorellina- looks like fun and an interesting menu but I'm worried about earlier reports of strange clientele and it might be more refined then I want.

No. 9 park- Every time I come to Boston I mean to go here and it just never happens - the menu looks fantastic, but recent responses that it's stuffy and buttoned up have worried me.

OM and Pigalle are options too, but while OM seems fun its overly complicated/unusual dishes aren’t really my taste (I'm a chez panisse devote) and Pigalle doesn't seem to have the youthful see and be seen atmosphere I'm looking for. I've also been to Mistral, Via Matta, and Bricco so those are out.

Thank you soooo much for your help! To those of you who have responded to my earlier posts I promise this is the last one until I post back my report of the dinner!
