At Costco, they sell a large container of Christopher Ranch garlic that has been peeled. While I'd never buy pre-chopped garlic, this seemed like a convenient way to use garlic - not only is peeling a hassle (gets your fingers all stinky too!), but often 1/2 the garlic bulb is unusable (brown, too small, dried out).
So for under $6.00, I took the plunge. FYI, there seem to be well in excess of 200 large cloves, all free of blemishes.
Used it yesterday and had no complaints.
Anyone else use this stuff?
