I am attending a meet and greet for our HOA this week. Our building is assigned appetizers. I am assuming it'll have to be finger food type of thing, because it's going to be in the court yard and no plates and forks will be provided.
I want to make something delicious, serviceable outdoors, cold/room temperature. But I'm unemployed :( so really have to watch my expenses. I know a bag of chips and a jar of salsa will be real economical, but that just wouldn't be very chouwhoundish of me.
Anybody got a good recipe for something that's cheap(maybe around $10) but that will be impressive, yummy, and feed about 15-20 people?
