Pork Tenderloin Question

trev535 | Sep 28, 2011 11:45 AM

Can I brown a pork tenderloin in the skillet, refrigerate for a few hours, and then finish in the oven? Is there any risk to bacteria with putting in the fridge while hot?

I'm doing it to save time. I try to get as much prepped prior to dinner during my free time in the afternoon and would like to be able to throw it all in the oven when the family is home.
