It may not be Chow worthy to some but our visit to Poesia the other evening was wonderful. Not one false note from the antipasti through to the dolci. It was our first time at the restaurant; a segment on Check Please peaked our interest. Francesco the owner and Pietro our waiter were both very congenial and more than accommodating to our attempts at what little Italian we know. We’re already planning a return trip in February when our nieces visit.
Note: if anyone is interested I’ll go into what we ate. I’ve spent way too much time in the last year with long posts about food that no one ever responds to. Sadly, Chowhound just isn’t what it used to be.
