Spring is all around, particularly in my mouth as I munch out on fava beans, perfect tiny spears of asparagus, and morning glory greens. I find myself craving mint, which seems to go so well with spring flavors, and I'm going to put together a mint-fueled tour of several SF restaurants.
1) Anyone got suggestions for great mint-containing dishes? I'm going to start the evening with a perfect mojito at Orbit Room and move on to a Vietnamese restaurant (probably Tu Lan or Golden Era) for summer rolls but what next? Minty main dishes, desserts, drinks -- who knows some?
2) Would anyone here be interested in coming? Just speak up and I'll put your name on my "wants more info when I have it" list.
