Places enhancement idea: multiple cuisine dropdowns?

I've been toying around with the Boston Places area recently, and am really impressed at all the potential here.

A thought: would it be possible to have not just a "Primary Cuisine" dropdown, but a button to "add another cuisine" in this fashion as well? I know there is a free-text box for cuisine tags, but if I'm not mistaken, these wouldn't make the restaurant show up linked to individual categories on the main Places page.

An example of why this might be useful: an Italian restaurant that serves pizza as well. Pizza is something of a specialty item; although it's not exactly a rarity for an Italian restaurant to serve it, the majority of Italian restaurants don't. But in Places, unless we're talking about a bona fide pizzeria, I'm probably going to set the primary cuisine as Italian. Nonetheless, considering the number of "best pizza" posts on CH, it would be helpful to be able to link it under pizza, regardless of what the "primary cuisine" might be. It would be great if it were possible to set primary cuisine as "Italian", then hit an "add another cuisine" button, and select "Pizza" as another cuisine.

Incidentally, I quite like the "cuisine tags" free-text box as well, but it seems like it would be nice to use that for more specific things, such as adding "quattro staggione" in the example above.
