I was watching Iron Chef UK (It pales in comparison to all other versions by the way) and I was interested in this dish prepared by the Iron Chef, so any where in LA I should seek out to try it? I'm working up here for the next week and a half.

heres how wikipedia describes it

Gimbap or kimbap is a popular Korean fast food[1] made from steamed white rice (bap) and various other ingredients, rolled in gim (sheets of dried seaweed) and served warm in bite-size slices. Gimbap is often eaten during picnics or outdoor events, or as a light lunch, served with danmuji or kimchi. It is similar, but not identical, to makizushi, one of the many variants of the Japanese rice-based dish sushi.
