Does anyone know of any restaurants that make Pizzoccheri, a specialty of the Valtellina region in Northern Italy. Valtellina is in Lombardy near Switzerland. Pizzoccheri are buckwheat tagliatelle with potatoes, swiss chard (or cabbage) and cheese. I've never had it but it sounds and looks delicious.
