I want to start making corned beef from scratch and am looking for a source in Mexico City for pink curing salt or sodium nitrite. Does anyone have any advice for me?
It's easy enough to find online, but I will need a lot of it on a regular basis and also my postman hates me, so I never get my packages.
(I forgot to pay him two years in a row on Dia del Cartero) lol!
