pilgrimage to Le Creuset outlet

...was definitely worth it. I picked up a first-quality 7 1/3 quart doufeu for $134 and a 1 1/2 quart buffet casserole for $60. If you don't care about the colors, you can really score a great deal at the LC outlet store, which represented a significant discount off of retail, plus a plethora of additional reductions of discontinued items & overstocks. Seconds were discounted, too, but not as deeply as the discontinued stuff. I almost bought the whopper 15-quart oval (first-quality on sale for $210), but I couldn't lift it without back strain! My little collection has grown to 5 pieces and I haven't yet found a drawback to this cookware.
