Petits Fours

My grandmother absolutely loves petits fours, specifically the jam- or creme-filled (no, no, and no to the the chocolate cake/chocolate fudge surrounded by chocolate icing concotions). Unfortunately, dietary restrictions have prevented her from enjoying them for several years. This year, however, the doctor has made an exception as she passes the century mark and she is therefore looking forward in more ways than one to her birthday!

As you can imagine, I'm concerned that her memory of what petits fours used to taste like has been so magnified over time that nothing will ever live up to that image. Does anyone know of any bakeries that could possibly live up to her expectations? Ideally, I'd prefer a baker in the York/Lancaster County area, but don't know of any. Philly? Mail order?
