Hi! My sister is visiting me (a recent transplant who's really never been to the city), and we're gonna take the train in and walk around looking at old stuff. Then I thought we could eat at Penn's Landing (afternoon cocktail lunch thing), because we both love the water.
She would like, I am sure, something pretty predictable -- seafood, steak -- and price is probably not an issue, but I think it would be great if there was a view, so we had something to look at between awkward silences. I just don't want to end up in some horrible place that has absolutely nothing to recommend it except it's marketing people.
Thank you for any help.
