We tried Penne last week, and liked it very much.
The room is large and attractive, and you can talk.
We all had appetizers; the favorite was my husband's octopus salad, which he loved.
Then we all had the pasta - small plate, but it was plenty - a marvellous pappardelle with butternut squash, chestnuts, etc. Really great!
This was $10. For an additional $6, you can get an entree-sized portion, but none of us felt the need of it.
There are also many higher-priced entrees which looked good, but we wanted dessert!
The desserts were delicious - and pricey, as many of them are these days. Most were $6, and a few were $8.
The only problem: service, which was good, was slow; there were long waits between courses. This would not be good if you have to be somewhere, but it was fine if you are with friends and want time to talk.
