Peking Duck in Vancouver?

I've had great Peking Duck in Toronto, where they serve it in 2 courses: The first course is the crispy skinned breast meat with plum souce and pancakes, second course the rest of the duck meat eaten in lettuce leaves. Are there any notable Chinese restaurants in Vancouver that prepare it this way?
