Or rather, it's pbfit, but as far as I know, powdered peanut butter is powdered peanut butter. Before you tell me "the fats are good in normal pb!!!" - the fats cause me heartburn. :'D I am on medication for that, but I prefer to not consume my triggering foods. PB2 lacks fat, so I can eat it. :D
A lot of things say I can directly replace it, but I don't understand how? It's mostly because I'm pretty convinced the fact it's a powder and not liquid~y/soft would change the texture of whatever I'm making, such as a sauce or a baked good.
Am I wrong?
