Paris restaurant advice

Hello. We are a group of 6 staying together for the first time in Paris ( 7th ) for 3 nights in Sept. on our way to Basque country. One of us cannot eat seafood and has celiac disease, so no gluten. We're thinking about Potokka, Tomy & Co, L'Ami Jean and La Fontaine de Mars, but also would be happy in any relaxed neighborhood spot with good food. Wondering if the gluten free requirement can be easily handled. Unfortunately we don't speak French. Better choices? Thanks.

La Fontaine de Mars,
Chez L'Ami Jean,
Tomy & co,
