Panolivo (Paso Robles) and other brunch options for family with baby

We're taking my MIL to a belated Mother's Day brunch when we visit next weekend, and would like a place that has better-than-diner food but is baby-friendly. Searching past posts, it seems Panolivo is just what we want in terms of food, but do you think it's ok to bring a 2-yr old? Since it's French/Med, I thought it might have patio seating which might work better than inside; though we'll be 7 so I don't know if they have a big table outside.

The other choices mentioned: Margie's Diner, Joe's, Hoover's Beef Palace in Templeton, seem less "nice", but we'll consider it if the food is really really good.
