Didn't realize there was a cooking demo with The Palm chef at the William Sonoma in the International Plaza or I would have attended. Had to settle for the free crab cakes handed out as I wandered in. Wow! They gave me what I'd have considered a full blown appetizer size portion, two nice crab cakes with a delightful spicy tropical fruit salsa. Got me to thinking--wonder if The Palm is really good? Worth a visit?
