Dear All -
My wife and I and friends are looking to make paella this weekend. I'd like to find a good, solid, tasty, and "traditional" recipe. I use quotes because I know that paella is very personal; there are as many recipes for it as there are families in Spain.
Complexity isn't an issue - in fact, the more ingredients, time to prepare, etc needed the better.
Of course, if yours is a family secret recipe that you don't want to share - not a problem.
