I usually buy mine from Costco but they were out so I bought a different brand from Smart and Final. The problem is that it is powder and not granulated and I have no idea how to make it work. It doesnt shake out of the bottle easily and it clumps together on the food I am seasoning. Is this type of seasoning not for seasoning meats and poultry and used for inside foods like soups and stews etc.? Is it used as a part of a spice blend maybe?
I am so confused!!!
