So the big grand decision was made to do Mako's tonight and I talked to the reservationist and asked if they had a tasting menu, which she replied that they do have omakase! So I made reservations for 2 at 8 pm. That should be enough time, yeah?
I am a first timer to Mako and to omakase in general. So this is perfect because we can just sit back and relax, but I feel like I need to be prepared. For what? I don't know. =)
Anyways, any tips or highlights? I'm assuming it changes daily depending on what's available, therefore the price changes daily, but any ball park so I don't get sticker shock?
