The new Douglas Rodriguez restaurant in Miami is quite good. We sampled the lobster empanada- it arrived on the plate looking like a charred meteorite- but tasted devine. The baccalau fritters (fried morsels of cod) accompanied by yellow and red tomatoes, avocado slices and a drizzle of vinegarette was appetizing. My beef tenderloin with crab remoulade was perfectly cooked- and the dolce de leche cake roll for dessert with icy guabana was super. All in all a pretty wonderful experience.
