Went with the wife and kid this weekend for Dim Sum. Was not as crowded as it used to be and for good reason. This used to be our favorite place for Dim Sum and have spent many a morning waiting in the huge crowd. But it pales in comparison to Sea Harbour for taste selection and quality. The dumpling skins were thick tough and chewy not the delicate melt in your mouth of Sea Harbour. The Har gow were almost flavorless and the sticky rice was uneatable. The selection seemed limited and the cart women were pushing one or two dishes only. We have also tried NBC,and Mission 261 and was also not impressed. Sea Harbour is heads and shoulders above the rest. We still havent tried New Concept for Dim Sum, but have been there a few times for dinner and was very impressed...their duck is excellent. Any other recs?
