Restaurants & Bars

N. Oakland or anywhere else for that matter

I own a little frou frou restaurant in Tucson, AZ and was mentioning to some people from Berkeley that I'll be in the Bay Area soon. They rattled off the names of three or four restaurants within a couple of blocks of the Rockridge BART station. I remember Garibaldi, but that's about it. Does anyone know what the others might have been? Looking for places with well-executed food, good service and pleasant atmosphere (places we like in the city: B44, Plouf, Flying Saucer, Cha cha cha- we like fancy-pants places, too- loved Charles Nob Hill, Aqua, Masa's) in a place we've not been before.
