Advice for Nosh- Lose the jewish music; at least don't play it all the time. I went in yesterday, I was the only one there, and the employees (OBVIOUSLY GENTILE) were all loudly dissing the music. This made me uncomfortable. Don't play up the jewish kitsch- let the food take care of it! Take down the "knish me, I'm Jewish" sign. Well, whatever, that's not as bad as the music (ever go to Lioni's latticini?- oy, the signs!). Hire 1 counter person who has ever been inside of a jewish delicatessen (appetizing store).

The sandwich I had, the "Gobble Hill"- Dark meat turkey and Kishka with Cranberry mayo on Challah was awesome...

By the way- the sandwich called the "Grenpoint"- Egg Salad, Chopped Liver and Mustard - is this some kind of Polish joke?

Homemade potato chips are a nice touch!...
