My wife and I were joining her sister in Vegas for Labor Day weekend. It was our anniversayr, and her sister's birthday, so we wanted to go somewhere special for dinner.
My wife had been gushing about Micahel Mina's Aqua (no longer there), so we decided to go to one of his new restaurants, Nob Hill.
In short, the service was almost perfect, the food was very good, the wine list was very nice. In short, we didn't get shorted for our $500 tab for three people.
We had bison, seared tuna, and rack of lamb. Sides included artichoke and truffle macaroni and cheese. Appetizer was cheese fondue.
We had a nice Australian shiraz with dinner that went pretty well.
